Subscription Plans: First shipments are eligible for a full refund and no return is required. Request for refund can be made through firstname.lastname@example.org. Second shipments and beyond are not eligible for a refund. You can, however, cancel or pause future orders on your Account page after your first shipment. Notification must be received 72 hours prior to your next shipment for cancellation or pausing. Gift subscriptions are not refundable.
Non-Subscribers: Unopened/unused four-packs of sponges, Very Skrubby, Wipe Envy, Towel Ta-Da! are all eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Returned items will be inspected to ensure that they are unused, and in saleable condition. Customer should package unwanted items with name, address, phone and reason for returning to Skura Style, 200 Forsyth Hall Drive, Suite E, Charlotte, NC 28273.
