What if my order does not arrive?

You can check your current shipment through your tracking number which can be found on your "Account" page. If this does not provide the information you are looking for, you can send us a message on the "Contact Us" form.

What do I do if I'm having trouble with my tracking number?

Sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, feel free to reach out to us at info@skurastyle.com. We will provide the details.

Can I purchase just one color of sponge per package?

Not yet. But check back as we may be adding that option in the future.

How do I order Skura sponges for commercial use?

Skura sponges are ideal for the work environment. Please email us at info@skurastyle.com and let us know what your office requirements are.

I am a retailer. How do I go about carrying Skura Style products?

Subscriptions

How do Skura Style subscriptions work?

Only select items are available for subscription. When you select a subscription option, you will be offered different delivery frequency options. Choose the one that works best for you. Skura subscriptions can be canceled at any time (but please let us know 72 hours before your next shipment).

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! Log into your account at skurastyle.com. Choose "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details. Select the “Skip” button.

Can I pause my subscription?

If you know the date when you would like to begin receiving sponges once again, you can reschedule your next order. From "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details, select the light blue "Reschedule" button and enter the date for your next shipment. Note that you can also choose to delay your shipment for one or two weeks.

You can also send one order of your subscription to a fellow clean freak. From “Manage Subscriptions”, choose “Gift this order” and enter the gift recipient’s address. This is a one-time shipment from your subscription, and it will resume normally after this shipment is complete.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account at skurastyle.com. Choose "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details. Select "Manage this subscription” scroll to the bottom and click to cancel.

If I am a subscriber, can I add product to my next order?

Yes. Please contact us on the Contact Us form or email us directly at info@skurastyle.com.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account at skurastyle.com. Choose "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details. Select "Edit address", make the changes, and don’t forget to save!

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Log into your account at skurastyle.com. Choose "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details. Select "Inactive" from your list of subscriptions, and then "Reactivate"

If you would like to receive your sponges right away, select "send now" to get your sponges asap.

Can I change the frequency of my orders?

Yes. Please reach out to us via the contact form or email us at info@skurastyle.com.

Can I add an extra pack of sponges to my next subscription order?

Yes. Simply log into your account at skurastyle.com. Select "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details. Choose the new quantity of sponges you’d like to receive. You can always adjust this quantity for future orders.

How do I change the email address on my account?

To change your email address, reach out to us at info@skurastyle.com.

What if I can't log in or have forgotten my password?

Just click the "forgot password" link on the login page and you will be directed on how to reset your password.

Payments

What if my credit card is declined?

If your credit card is declined for your subscription, we will notify you via email. You can update your credit card on your Account page to keep your sponges coming.

How do I change or update my credit card?

Log into your account at skurastyle.com. Choose "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details. Select "Edit payment method". Click on "Send edit payment link". You’ll receive an email quickly! Just follow the prompts to successfully update your payment information from there.

What types of payment do you accept?

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

What are the materials in a Skura Style sponge?

Skura Style sponges are a combination of a foam base that is highly absorbent with excellent wipe-dry performance, a premium non-abrasive coating for scouring, and an antimicrobial agent in the foam and scouring coating that inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew.

What does the antimicrobial agent do?

The antimicrobial agent that is built into sponge and scrubber during manufacturing provides product protection against the growth of odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew. Skura Style sponges and VERY SKRUBBY scouring pads do not protect users or others from food-borne or disease-causing bacteria.

What is Fade-to-Change?

Skura sponges are designed with a Fade-to-Change® technology that tells you when it’s time to replace your sponge. Depending on the frequency of use, the printed Skura Style monogram will begin to fade as an indicator that it’s time to swap it out for a fresh one. Replacement is recommended every one to two weeks.

Can I use the Skura sponge or VERY SKRUBBY scouring pad with any type of cleaning product?

Yes, but some cleaning products with high acidity levels can cause disintegration of the foam and separation of the layers. Dishwashing soap with high levels of surfactants can impact the efficacy of the antimicrobial agent resulting in odor. Keep in mind some products, such as those that contain bleach, may cause the sponge to discolor.

Are Skura Style sponges and VERY SKRUBBY scouring pads safe to use on any surface?

Skura Style sponges are safe on a wide range of kitchen surfaces, including ceramic plates, glassware, porcelain and stainless-steel sinks, laminate and chrome. They will not scratch pans, pots and utensils with non-stick coated surfaces.

VERY SKRUBBY scouring pads are highly abrasive. They are tough scrubbers and are not meant for non-stick cookware, stainless steel appliances, fine crystal and china.

With all products, we recommend you test on an inconspicuous area first.

Can I use my Skura sponge or VERY SKRUBBY scouring pad in my aquarium?

No. They are not for aquarium use.

How do I clean or sanitize my Skura sponge and VERY SKRUBBY scouring pad?

We recommend rinsing and squeezing dry after each use to help them stay fresh. Remember that the Fade-to-Change® technology on the Skura sponge is an indicator that it is time to replace your sponge and practice good sponge hygiene. Microwaving is not recommended.

Can I wash the WIPE ENVY microfiber cloths?

Wash in your machine or by hand. Tumble dry on low setting.

How do I wash TOWEL TA-DA!?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach.

Can Skura Style products be recycled?

Yes. Retired SKRUBBY SPONGES, VERY SKRUBBY scouring pads, and WIPE ENVY microfiber cloths, along with their packaging, can be given a new and purposeful second life with TerraCycle. When you do your part by sending your used Skura sponges and scouring pads to TerraCycle, they will be processed into a material mixture that can be used for a variety of new product applications, from playground equipment to outdoor furniture. To participate go to TerraCycle website to register. Program is only available in the USA.

What is the Skura Style x Eva Mendes Collection?

The Skura Style x Eva Mendes collection is personally designed by Eva. Inspiration for the colors and patterns for this collection are from Eva’s Cuban background. While the patterns and colors are different, the products have all of the same features and benefits as the Skura Style classic patterns.

This collection is available on target.com, in select Target stores, or at skurastyle.com.

Eva is a co-owner and is actively involved in the company including being a brand ambassador, developing new product and creative direction in the US and internationally.

Shipping and Returns

What is your return policy?

Subscription Plans: A request for a refund can be made through info@skurastyle.com. Notification must be received 72 hours prior to your next shipment for cancellation or skipping. Gift subscriptions are not refundable.

Non-Subscription Orders: Unopened/unused packages of SKRUBBY SPONGES, VERY SKRUBBY, WIPE ENVY, and TOWEL TA-DA! are all eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Returned items will be inspected to ensure that they are unused, and in sellable condition. The shipping charge on the original order is non-refundable, however, if an item does not arrive, or is not as described, the refund will include the original shipping cost. The customer will receive the refund back to the original form of payment for the physical items shipped back.

The customer should package unwanted items with name, address, phone and reason for returning to Skura Style, 3080 Connahbrook Drive, Memphis, TN 38116. (Skura Style is not responsible for return shipping cost.) For any assistance, reach out to us at info@skurastyle.com.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes we charge a flat rate for shipping. However, if you meet a minimum order value, shipping is free. See site for shipping minimum order. Recurring subscription shipments have a minimal shipping charge.

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in all 50 states in the US. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, Saipan and other international addresses yet. We can accommodate some special orders. Please inquire on the Contact Us form.

Can I indicate different shipping methods?

Expedited delivery is not available.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. However, Skura Style products are available on Amazon in Canada, Mexico, France, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany and Japan.

Additional Info

What are the official rules for the Gift Card drawing?

Entries must be received by January 25th. Must be at least 18 years old and live in US. No purchase is required. Entry is made by submitting email address on Skura Style website form. If form is not available, notify info@skurastyle.com to request form. One entry per person. Winners will be selected at random and notified via email. Drawing on January 31st. Prizes (Skura Style $100 gift card) will be distributed electronically.

Can I give Skura products as a gift?

Yes. Skura products are an ideal gift! All items on the site can be gifted - just be sure to include a message in the “Gift Message or Order notes” field at checkout.

Can I purchase Skura Style products anywhere other than skurastyle.com?

Yes. Skura Style products are available at Amazon, walmart.com and target.com. Additionally, you can find our products in select Walmart, Target and Costco stores.

How do promo codes work?

Enter the code at checkout. Only one promo code per transaction. Codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to decline an offer in event of offer abuse. Promo codes are not applicable toward already discounted products.

How will you use my personal information?

Can I unsubscribe from emails?

All promotional emails that Skura Style sent to you include a link to unsubscribe from future emails.
