Refund policy

Subscription Plans: Request for refund can be made through info@skurastyle.com. Second shipments and beyond are not eligible for a refund. You can, however, cancel or pause future orders on your Account page after your first shipment. Notification must be received 72 hours prior to your next shipment for cancellation or pausing.


Non-Subscribers: Unopened/unused four-packs of sponges, Very Skrubby, Wipe Envy, Towel Ta-Da! are all eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Returned items will be inspected to ensure that they are unused, and in sellable condition.
The shipping charge on the original order is non-refundable. Customer will receive the refund back to the original form of payment for the physical items shipped back. However, if an item does not arrive, or is not as described, the refund will include the original shipping cost. Customer should package unwanted items with name, address, phone and reason for returning to Skura Style, 3080 Connahbrook Drive, Memphis, TN 38116.
